Rather expected game when 9th ranked WKK Wroclaw (5-9) lost at home to sixth ranked Gimbasket WRC (8-5) 62-55 on Saturday. Forward Przemyslaw Gworek (195-90) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Jakub Wajerowski (198-94) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Gimbasket WRC players scored in double figures. Michal Jodlowski (206-98) replied with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks and point guard Jakub Kobel (184-98) added 11 points and 10 assists in the effort for WKK Wroclaw. Gimbasket WRC moved-up to fifth place in Group D, which they share with Rawia. Loser WKK Wroclaw dropped to the eighth position with nine games lost. Gimbasket WRC will face Nowa Sol (#13) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. WKK Wroclaw will play against Katy Wroclawskie (#9) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
