The game in Tokyo supposed to be also quite interesting. Seventh ranked Toyota B SR (11-9) played at the court of 8th ranked Haneda Vickies (5-15). Toyota B SR smashed Haneda Vickies 97-56 on Sunday. The game without a history. Toyota B SR led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Power forward Sari Osabe (174-87) fired 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Forward Mika Yamanaka (175-88) chipped in 20 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Forward Senami Akimoto (178-92) produced 12 points and 8 rebounds and Arisa Takagi (168-89) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Toyota B SR have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain seventh position with 11-9 record. Haneda Vickies lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth place with 15 games lost. Toyota B SR will meet at home Niigata R. (#11) in the next round. Haneda Vickies will play against Hitachi Cougars and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
