Regular Season Round 12: Eurobasket Roma - Treviglio 82-95

There was an upset when higher ranked Roma E-basket (7-5) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked Treviglio (5-7) 95-82 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of Lithuanian Paulius Sorokas (202-92, agency: Players Group) who helped to win the game recording 26 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized American guard Adam Sollazzo (198-90, college: E.Tenn.St.) who added 19 points and 6 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Michael Deloach (185-86, college: Norfolk St.) with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Daniele Bonessio (200-88) produced a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Five Roma E-basket players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Treviglio went down to twelfth position (A2) due to points difference. Newly promoted Roma E-basket dropped to the fourth place with five games lost. Treviglio will face league's second-placed Legnano in Castellanza in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Roma E-basket will play on the road against Agrigento and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
