1Liga top team - SKB Zlin (11-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they crushed sixth ranked Ostrava (5-6) 91-70. SKB Zlin made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. SKB Zlin outrebounded Ostrava 47-30 including 17 on the offensive glass. It was a quality performance for center Tomas Voslajer (211-90) who led the winners and scored 7 points, 16 rebounds and 8 assists. Swingman Marian Hrabovsky (198-94) accounted for 20 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Guard Lukas Bukovjan (185-98) came up with 17 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Tomas Havlik (190-99) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Ostrava in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The victory was the eleventh consecutive win for SKB Zlin. They maintain first place in Group B with 11-0 record. Newly promoted Ostrava keeps the sixth position with six games lost. SKB Zlin will meet at home league's second-placed B&W Opava B in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Ostrava will play against Sokol Slapanice (#4) in Slapnice and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
