An interesting game for Good Angels (12-1) which played road game in Ruzomberok against 3rd placed MBK Ruzomberok (8-3). First ranked Good Angels managed to get a 6-point victory 65-59. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of MBK Ruzomberok. Good Angels forced 21 MBK Ruzomberok turnovers. 24 personal fouls committed by MBK Ruzomberok helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Slovenian point guard Teja Oblak (172-90) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 4 assists. International center Eva Kmetova (188-87) answered with 13 points and 8 rebounds and the former international point guard Zuzana Lazarova (168-87) added 11 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for MBK Ruzomberok. Four MBK Ruzomberok players scored in double figures. Good Angels have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 12-1 record. MBK Ruzomberok at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost. Good Angels are looking forward to face UKF Nitra (#6) at home in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. MBK Ruzomberok will play against Samorin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
