Bottom-ranked Alghero (0-12) is still winless. This time they lost on the road their 12th consecutive match to sixth ranked Team Crema (8-4) 76-25 on Sunday evening. The game without a history. Team Crema led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Alghero to just 4 points in second and third quarters and to 12 points in second half. Team Crema held Alghero to an opponent 19.1 percent shooting from the field compared to 44.3 percent accuracy of the winners. Team Crema forced 29 Alghero turnovers and outrebounded them 41-25 including 29 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was guard Martina Capoferri (175-91) who scored 21 points and 5 steals. Forward Martina Picotti (184-90) chipped in 11 points and 8 rebounds. Four Team Crema players scored in double figures. Team Crema's coach Luca Visconti felt very confident using entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest.
