Important game to mention about took place in Bitola. Seventh ranked Pelister Bitola (3-5) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 5th ranked Ohrid AV (2-6) 72-70 on Saturday evening. Ohrid AV was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Point guard Gjorgi Anakievski (185-85) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points and 5 rebounds. Serbian forward Milos Andrejevic (198-89) contributed with 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Marjan Mladenovic (180-87) replied with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Serbian center Milojko Vasilic (207-89, agency: 011 Sports) added 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Ohrid AV. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ohrid AV's coach Petar Chochoroski tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Pelister Bitola moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Strumica. Ohrid AV at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. Pelister Bitola will play against bottom-ranked Vardar Apave (#8) in Skopje in the next round. Ohrid AV will have a break next round.
