The game between closely ranked teams ended with third ranked Shimane Magic's (20-6) road victory over 4th ranked Cyberdyne IR (12-14) 78-73 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 10 points after three quarters before their 29-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was American center Wayne Marshall (211-86, college: Temple) who had a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds. Yokoo Tatsuhiro (186-85) chipped in 12 points. Four Shimane Magic players scored in double figures. American power forward Rick Rickert (211-83, college: Minnesota) produced 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Maeda Yosuke (188-89) added 13 points respectively for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Shimane Magic moved-up to second place. Cyberdyne IR lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with 14 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
