Another upset was a game between Zhejiang Guangsha Lions (15-6) and Sichuan BW (10-11), which took place in Sichuan. Higher ranked Zhejiang Guangsha Lions were outleveled in a road game by eleventh ranked Sichuan BW 123-91. They made 26-of-31 charity shots (83.9 percent) during the game. Sichuan BW outrebounded Zhejiang Guangsha Lions 56-43 including a 39-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. 28 personal fouls committed by Zhejiang Guangsha Lions helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion maintains eleventh place with 10-11 record, which they share with Jilin NE T. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions at the other side keep the fifth position with six games lost. Sichuan BW's next round opponent will be Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank (#15) in Hangzhou. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions will play on the road against Xinjiang Flying Tige (#3) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
