Regular Season Round 22: Xinjiang FT - Guangsha L. 97-100

The most exciting game of round 22 in the CBA took place in Urumqi. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of 3rd ranked Xinjiang Flying Tige (17-5) to fifth ranked Zhejiang Guangsha Lions (16-6) 100-97 on Wednesday evening. Four Zhejiang Guangsha Lions players scored in double figures. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions' coach ChunJiang Li used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American-Filipino power forward Andray Blatche (211-86) produced a double-double by scoring 43 points (!!!), 19 rebounds and 4 blocks and international center Qi Zhou (217-96) added 16 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions maintains fifth position with 16-6 record. Xinjiang Flying Tige at the other side keeps the third place with five games lost. They share the position with Liaoning H.. Zhejiang Guangsha Lions are looking forward to face Qingdao Eagles (#13) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Xinjiang Flying Tige will play against Zhejiang Chouzhou Bank (#15) and is hoping to win this game.
