Regular Season Round 19: BK Kolin - USK Praha 69-71

The most exciting game of round 19 in the NBL took place in Kolin. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 4th placed BK Kolin (11-8) to sixth ranked USK Praha (9-10) 71-69 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of BK Kolin. Worth to mention a great performance of international swingman Jaromir Bohacik (197-92, agency: Octagon Europe) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 6 rebounds. Marek Mares (183-96) contributed with 13 points for the winners. American forward Garret Kerr (194-92, college: Univ.Sciences) answered with 14 points and 8 rebounds and power forward David Machac (205-80) added 17 points in the effort for BK Kolin. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. USK Praha have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain sixth place with 9-10 record, which they share with Usti n/Labem. BK Kolin at the other side keeps the fourth position with eight games lost. USK Praha is looking forward to face league's second-placed BK Pardubice at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BK Kolin will play against BK Decin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
