Quarter-Finals Round 2: Henan - Xinjiang 70-74

Xinjiang outgunned Henan to complete the sweep of the series. The guests trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 74-70. Xinjiang dominated on the defensive end, holding Henan to just 6 points in second quarter. They outrebounded Henan 36-16 including a 24-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward Glory Johnson (191-90, college: Tennessee) had a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 15 rebounds (on 13-of-17 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and guard Lee Wang (170-92) chipped in 10 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Pinzhen Huang responded with 12 points and 6 rebounds and center Ying Tian (190-91) scored 15 points. Four Henan players scored in double figures.
