Regular Season Round 18: Sydney - Dandenong 81-77

An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Sydney. First ranked Sydney Uni Flames faced 3rd ranked Dandenong Rangers. Host Sydney Uni Flames (17-6) defeated guests from Dandenong (14-9) 81-77. Dandenong Rangers were ahead by 6 points after three quarters before a 21-11 charge of Sydney Uni Flames, which allowed them to win the game. Sydney Uni Flames have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 17-6 record. Dandenong Rangers lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the third place with nine games lost. They share the position with Townsville. Sydney Uni Flames will play against bottom-ranked Adelaide Lightning (#8) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Dandenong Rangers will play against the league's second-placed Perth Lynx (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
