Semi-Finals Game 3: Beijing - Xinjiang 79-70

Beijing rallied past Xinjiang to sweep the semifinal series. Xinjiang trailed by 17 points at halftime and as many as 24 after three quarters before a 24-9 last quarter charge cut the deficit to 70-79 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was American center Sylvia Fowles (198-85, college: LSU) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds. Forward Site Qi (180-90) chipped in 15 points and 4 assists. Four Beijing Great Wall players scored in double figures. Beijing Great Wall's coach LiMin Xu used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Glory Johnson (191-90, college: Tennessee) who recorded a double-double by scoring 28 points and 13 rebounds and guard Lee Wang (170-92) added 8 points and 6 rebounds respectively.
