Quarter-Finals Round 2: Toyota B SR - Toyota A. 74-70

Toyota B SR held off Toyota Alvark to force the decisive third game in the series. Toyota A. was trailing by 8 points at halftime but managed to get 6-point lead after three quarters before a 23-13 charge of Toyota B SR, which allowed them to win the game. They made 17-of-17 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. Power forward Sari Osabe (174-87) notched 24 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Yui Kawahara (169-91) supported her with 15 points and 7 assists. Even a double-double of 15 points and 12 rebounds by forward Mayi Na (181-93) did not help to save the game for Toyota A.. Center Mori Binge (180-88) added 14 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the guests. Toyota A.'s coach Don Beck rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
