Regular Season Round 25: Horsholm - Naestved 71-68

Important game to mention about took place in Horsholm. Fourth ranked Horsholm (12-11) saved a 3-point victory at home edging 5th ranked Naestved (11-12) 71-68 on Wednesday evening. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Naestved won third quarter 15-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American-Haitian Marvin Dominique (201-91, college: St.Peter's, agency: Duran International) nailed 29 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and American Jyles Smith (209-92, college: Savannah St.) accounted for 12 points and 11 rebounds. American power forward Phillip Nolan (210-93, college: Connecticut, agency: Two Points) came up with 14 points and 6 rebounds (made all of his ten free throws !!!) and American-Nigerian forward Patrick Onwenu (198-93, college: Alcorn St.) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Naestved in the defeat. Horsholm have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to third place. Naestved lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 12 games lost. Horsholm will play against bottom-ranked Stevnsgade (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Naestved will play against SISU in Copenhagen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
