Quarter-Finals Round 2: Shanghai S. - Shenzhen L. 107-99

Date: February 26, 2017
Shanghai survived overtime to level the series versus Shenzhen. Shanghai Sharks made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Shanghai Sharks made 8 blocks. 27 personal fouls committed by Leopards helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American point guard Jimmer Fredette (188-89, college: BYU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds. French Guerschon Yabusele (201-95) contributed with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American point guard Jeremy Pargo (188-86, college: Gonzaga) replied with 22 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals and international center Muhao Li (218-92) added 22 points and 12 rebounds in the effort for Leopards. Four Leopards players scored in double figures. Leopards' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
