Very expected game in Praha where GBA Sparta (5-14) was defeated by BK Prostejov B (9-10) 89-83. Strangely GBA Sparta outrebounded BK Prostejov B 50-34 including a 38-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by GBA Sparta helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Swingman Marek Sehnal (196-96) nailed 24 points and 4 assists for the winning side and point guard Vojtech Ruzek (176) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds. BK Prostejov B's coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Slovakian Matej Drgon (207-98) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds and Latvian forward Verners Kohs (203-97) added 20 points and 10 rebounds respectively for GBA Sparta in the defeat. Five BK Prostejov B and four GBA Sparta players scored in double figures. BK Prostejov B's next round opponent will be Vysocina (#19) in Jihlava which should be theoretically an easy game.
