Finals Game 2: Beijing - Bayi 82-65

Beijing stepped closer to the WCBA title. They beat Bayi to take 2-0 lead in the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Beijing Great Wall. Bayi Kylin managed to win third quarter 23-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Beijing Great Wall dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Bayi Kylin's 36. Beijing Great Wall forced 22 Bayi Kylin turnovers. The best player for the winners was American center Sylvia Fowles (198-85, college: LSU) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds (perfect from the field making all thirteen shots !!!). International forward Ting Shao (183-89) chipped in 13 points and 7 rebounds. Four Beijing Great Wall players scored in double figures. International center Mengran Sun (197-92) produced 24 points and 8 rebounds and international forward MengXin Sun (190-93) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests.
