Quarter-Finals Round 2: Pauian - Fubon Braves 79-66

Pauian overcame Fubon Braves for the second consecutive win in the playoff series. Pauian dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Fubon Braves' 38. They outrebounded Fubon Braves 41-27 including 31 on the defensive glass. International power forward Quincy Davis (206-83, college: Tulane) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds. The former international forward Douglas Creighton (196-85, college: Madonna) contributed with 19 points for the winners. The former international swingman Wen-Cheng Tsai (190-85) replied with 15 points and 7 rebounds and Central African-American center Patrick O'Bryant (213-86, college: Bradley) added 13 points and 9 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) in the effort for Fubon Braves. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
