An interesting game was also a 17-point home loss of Pelister Bitola in a game versus undefeated Ohrid AV (#7) 83-66. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 8-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 83-66. Ohrid AV dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Pelister Bitola's 24. They outrebounded Pelister Bitola 38-25 including 26 on the defensive glass. American guard Devin Brooks (186-92, college: Creighton) nailed 19 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists for the winning side and forward Branko Janevski (203-87) accounted for 19 points (perfect from the field making all six shots). Ohrid AV's coach Petar Chochoroski used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Point guard Gjorgi Anakievski (185-85) came up with 18 points and Serbian forward Milos Andrejevic (198-89) added 10 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Pelister Bitola in the defeat. Four Pelister Bitola players scored in double figures. Ohrid AV will meet at home Strumica (#7) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Pelister Bitola will play against Vardar in Skopje and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
