Regular Season Round 27: Nysa Klodzko - Biofarm PZN 66-71

Not a big story in a game when 16th ranked Nysa Klodzko (6-21) lost to eighth ranked Biofarm PZN (14-13) in Kloszko 66-71 on Saturday. Biofarm PZN dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Nysa Klodzko's 28. Biofarm PZN had a 30-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for forward Filip Struski (200-94) who led the winners and scored 16 points and 9 rebounds. Point guard Piotr Wieloch (182-94) accounted for 12 points for the winning side. Biofarm PZN's coach Przemyslaw Szurek used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Forward Marcin Bluma (201-89) came up with 17 points and swingman Aleksander Lenczuk (193-93) added 15 points respectively for Nysa Klodzko in the defeat. Biofarm PZN have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain eighth place with 14-13 record. Loser Nysa Klodzko stay at the bottom position with 21 games lost. Biofarm PZN will meet at home AZS AGH Krk. (#14) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Nysa Klodzko will play against Astoria Bydg. in Bydgoszcz and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
