We should mention about the upset which took place in Prostejov, where 9th ranked MMCITE Brno (10-18) lost to twelfth ranked Prostejov (9-19) in a road game 76-81. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of MMCITE Brno. 25 personal fouls committed by MMCITE Brno helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Swingman Marek Sehnal (196-96) notched 21 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and American guard Rayshawn Simmons (193, college: Cent.Michigan, agency: Two Points) supported him with 7 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists. Even 15 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists by the former international swingman Michal Kremen (200-81) did not help to save the game for MMCITE Brno. Point guard Jan Kozina (181-95) added 11 points and 6 rebounds. Prostejov moved-up to eleventh place in Places 7-12, which they share with J.Hradec. MMCITE Brno at the other side keeps the ninth position with 18 games lost. Prostejov's next round opponent will be higher ranked BK Usti nad Labem (#8) on the road and it may be quite challenging game.
