Second Stage Round 7: BK Pardubice - BK Kolin 75-78

The most exciting game of round 7 in the NBL took place in Pardubice. This derby game ended with only three-point home defeat of much higher ranked BK Pardubice (21-7) to sixth ranked BK Kolin (12-17) 78-75 on Saturday evening. BK Kolin made 17-of-20 free shots (85.0 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Lee Skinner (198-92, college: Wofford) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists (made all of his eight free throws). His fellow American import forward Garret Kerr (194-92, college: Univ.Sciences) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four BK Kolin players scored in double figures. American forward Dominez Burnett (196-92, college: Davenport, agency: Higher Vision Sports) answered with 24 points and international power forward Kamil Svrdlik (205-86, college: Fair Dickinson, agency: Octagon Europe) added 13 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for BK Pardubice. BK Pardubice's coach Levell Sanders rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BK Kolin maintains sixth place in Places 1-6 with 12-17 record. BK Pardubice at the other side keeps the second position with seven games lost. BK Kolin are looking forward to face higher ranked USK Praha (#4) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. BK Pardubice will play against BK Decin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
