Taipower grabbed the lead in the consolation final series. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Chi-Wen Lin (186-83) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international guard Hsien-Fang Lin (168-91) contributed with 19 points for the winners. The former international center Pei-Chen Tsai (186-84) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 15 rebounds and international forward Ying-Chieh Wu (179-92) added 22 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Taiyuan Textile. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
