Asker cruised past Ulriken to reach Final. The game without a history. Asker led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They also forced 23 Ulriken turnovers and outrebounded them 38-27 including a 19-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Asker looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Ulriken's players. Forward Julie Wilborn (173-98) nailed 21 points and 8 rebounds for the winning side and forward Ingrid Selvik (178-92) accounted for 13 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Asker players scored in double figures. Asker's coach Bodil Brokhaug felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international forward Maren-Hoff Austgulen (182-91, college: Idaho) came up with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 blocks and Stine Karlstad (172-95) added 13 points respectively for Ulriken in the defeat.
