Very important is a road loss of third ranked Cento (19-8) against fourth ranked Piacenza (20-7) on Saturday night. Visiting Cento was defeated by Piacenza in Piacenza 85-71. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Cento. It was a great evening for point guard Giacomo Sanguinetti (180-90) who led his team to a victory scoring 17 points. Guard Ennio Leonzio (192-94, agency: Players Group) helped adding 13 points and 6 rebounds. Five Piacenza players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Luca Pignatti (198-86) with 16 points and 7 rebounds and forward Lorenzo DAlessandro (198-96, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 11 points and 7 rebounds. Piacenza moved-up to third place in B. Loser Cento dropped to the fourth position with eight games lost.
