Dynamo Moscow stepped onto the pedestal. They edged Basket Gdynia to claim the Bronze medals. The game without a history. Dynamo Moscow led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. Dynamo Moscow looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of Montenegrin-Serbian Ana Dabovic (183-89) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 6 assists. Lithuanian guard Kamile Nacickaite (181-89, college: Drexel) contributed with 20 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four Dynamo Moscow players scored in double figures. American center Carolyn Swords (198-89, college: Boston Coll., agency: LBM Management) answered with 17 points and 9 rebounds and Montenegrin guard Jelena Skerovic (176-80, agency: ProDep Management) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 10 assists in the effort for Basket Gdynia. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
