Semi-Finals Game 1: Hong Kong ELL - Saigon H. 114-74

Hong Kong ELL cruised past Saigon Heat in the opener. The game without a history. Hong Kong ELL led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 16-of-20 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. Hong Kong ELL forced 19 Saigon Heat turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Saigon Heat's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Marcus Elliott (191-84, college: Louisiana Tech) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists. His fellow American import power forward Josh Boone (208-84, college: Connecticut) contributed with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Hong Kong ELL players scored in double figures. Hong Kong ELL's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American Lenny Daniel (203-87, college: CS Northridge) answered with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 13 rebounds and American-Panamanian center Jordan Henriquez-Roberts (214-89, college: Kansas St., agency: Babcock Sports) added 8 points and 11 rebounds in the effort for Saigon Heat.
