Regular Season Round 21: Sezana - Elektra 66-76

The game between second ranked Sezana (16-5) and ninth ranked Elektra (8-13) was the most important one in the last round on Saturday night. Sezana was defeated by Elektra in Sezana 76-66. The game without a history. Elektra led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Jan Rizman (196-94) stepped up and scored 28 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners and Sanel Bajramlic (198-85) chipped in 19 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was Milan Kovacevic (200-96) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 16 rebounds and point guard Aljaz Korosec (192-92) scored 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Sezana players scored in double figures. Elektra maintains ninth place with 8-13 record. Sezana at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. Elektra are looking forward to face higher ranked Celje (#7) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Sezana will play against the league's leader Ilirija (#1) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
