Kauhajoki topped Lapua to win the series 3-1. It looked good early as Lapuan Korikobrat took a 4-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Kauhajoen Karhu had a 21-8 second period charge getting the lead and Lapuan Korikobrat was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 73-87. Kauhajoen Karhu made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Kauhajoen Karhu outrebounded Lapuan Korikobrat 38-24 including 25 on the defensive glass. Lapuan Korikobrat was plagued by 27 personal fouls down the stretch. The game was dominated by American players. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Austin Hollins (195-91, college: Minnesota) who helped to win the game recording 28 points and 5 rebounds. Forward DeVaughn Washington (202-89, college: Ohio, agency: Mansfield and Associates) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Guard Mario Edwards (191-88, college: Co.Carolina, agency: Mansfield and Associates) replied with 12 points and 5 assists and guard Jamal Jones (203-93, college: Texas A&M) added 11 points in the effort for Lapuan Korikobrat.
