Finals Game 5: Regulators - Cybots 101-88

Regulators knocked down Cybots to jump ahead in the championship series 3-2. Regulators shot 28 for 42 from the free-throw line, while Cybots only scored twelve points from the stripe. Regulators forced 23 Cybots turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. 31 personal fouls committed by Cybots helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was Gameliel Rose who had a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. International power forward Eugene Bain (195-88, college: Bellevue) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds. Guard Ernest Saunders (188, college: Cleveland St. CC) produced 25 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and Lerecus Arbrister added 18 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists respectively for the guests. Four Regulators and five Cybots players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
