Regular Season Round 13: BC Titebi - Hyundai-TSU 81-65

Very important is a road loss of second ranked Hyundai-TSU (9-4) against fourth ranked BC Titebi (7-6) on Wednesday night. Visiting Hyundai-TSU was defeated by BC Titebi in 81-65. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Hyundai-TSU. The game was mostly controlled by BC Titebi. Hyundai-TSU was better in third quarter 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BC Titebi players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. American forward Armani Flannigan (203-92, college: N.Texas) nailed a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side and his fellow American import guard Ryan Aaron (190-91, college: S.Nazarene) accounted for 23 points and 9 rebounds. South African center Christopher Gabriel (210-88, college: San Diego) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and point guard Sandro Sanadze (188-95) added 20 points (made all of his seven free throws) respectively for Hyundai-TSU in the defeat. BC Titebi have a solid series of three victories in a row. Newly promoted BC Titebi maintains fourth place with 7-6 record. Hyundai-TSU at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. BC Titebi will play against league's leader DELTA in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Hyundai-TSU will play against Arena-76 and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
