Musel Pikes upset Etzella on the road to sweep the series. American swingman Jarmar Gulley (196-91, college: Missouri St.) notched 24 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and the other American import power forward Clancy Rugg (203-91, college: Vermont, agency: Court Side) supported him with 23 points and 11 rebounds. Four Musel Pikes players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 20 points and 11 rebounds by Canadian power forward Billy McNutt (203-85) did not help to save the game for Etzella. American power forward Derrick Barden (196-92, college: N.Colorado) added 17 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals for the hosts. Etzella's coach Jan Enjebo rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
