Regular Season Round 29: Le Mans - Le Portel 66-77

Everything went according to plan when eighth ranked Le Portel (15-14) defeated on the road 11th ranked Le Mans (11-18) 77-66. The game was mostly controlled by Le Portel. Le Mans was better in third quarter 24-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Le Portel had a 29-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. American point guard Darrin Dorsey (188-87, college: Dakota Wesleyan, agency: Three Eye Sports) stepped up and scored 27 points for the winners and his fellow American import power forward Franklin Hassell (203-88, college: ODU) chipped in 18 points and 9 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field).
