Monthey prevailed against Lausanne to surge ahead in the series. The hosts trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 41-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Monthey outrebounded Lausanne 41-30 including 29 on the defensive glass. American power forward Jordan Heath (208-91, college: Canisius, agency: Inception Sports) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and the former international power forward Jonathan Dubas (204-91) chipped in 13 points and 14 rebounds. Four Monthey players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Karl Cochran (185-92, college: Wofford) responded with 18 points and 4 assists and the other American import forward Jordan Loveridge (198-93, college: Utah) scored 9 points and 7 rebounds.
