Olympiacos marched past Athinaikos on the road to celebrate A1 title. The game was mostly controlled by Olympiacos. Athinaikos managed to win third quarter 15-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The former international forward Evanthia Maltsi (180-78, agency: ProDep Management) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. American forward Lykendra Johnson (185-89, college: Michigan St.) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Olympiacos players scored in double figures. Olympiacos' coach Eleni Kapogianni used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Keani Albanez (178, college: Gonzaga) replied with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and forward Theodora Panteli (183-87, college: Binghamton) added 11 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Athinaikos.
