Bologna gunned down Fanola SML in the decider. Fanola SML trailed by 13 points after 3 quarters before a 16-12 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 43-52 at the end of the game. Bologna dominated on the defensive end, holding Fanola SML to just 3 points in second quarter and to 13 points in first half. Bologna forced 20 Fanola SML turnovers. It was a great evening for point guard Chiara Mini (165-86) who led her team to a victory scoring 11 points and 6 assists. The former international point guard Raelin D'Alie (168-87, college: Wisconsin, agency: LBM Management) helped adding 8 points and 10 rebounds. The best for the losing side was power forward Jasmine Keys (190-97) with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 13 rebounds and 4 blocks and forward Martina Fassina (180-99) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Fanola SML's coach Michele Tomei rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
