Quarter-Finals Round 5: Arak - Chemidor 75-60

Arak outgunned visiting Chemidor to clinch the semifinal birth. The game was mostly controlled by Arak. Chemidor managed to win fourth quarter 23-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Chemidor to just 7 points in second quarter. Arak dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Chemidor's 28. Arak had a 37-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was Bulgarian Filip Videnov (196-80, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Alti Sport) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. International center Asghar Kardoust (212-86) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Four Arak players scored in double figures. American guard Daequan Cook (195-87, college: Ohio St.) produced 27 points and 7 rebounds and K Riaie added 9 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. Chemidor's coach Javad Rahmatipour rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
