Finals Game 1: Landes - Mondeville 76-79

The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Basket Landes won third quarter 20-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Mondeville won last quarter 20-19. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Canadian forward Michelle Plouffe (193-92, college: Utah) fired 26 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Canadian forward Kimberley Gaucher-Smith (185-84, college: Utah) chipped in 16 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. International Celine Dumerc (169-82) produced 15 points and 4 assists and American center Cierra Bravard (193-89, college: Florida St., agency: ProDep Management) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
