BK Decin beat Pardubice to take 2-1 lead in the semifinal series. BK Decin outrebounded BK Pardubice 42-28 including 27 on the defensive glass. BK Pardubice was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for the former international point guard Tomas Vyoral (190-92, agency: Octagon Europe) who led the winners and scored 20 points and 8 rebounds. International forward Lukas Palyza (202-89) accounted for 17 points for the winning side. American guard Lamb Autrey (191-89, college: St.Mary's, TX, agency: Octagon Europe) came up with 6 points and 5 assists and point guard Viktor Pulpan (191-96, agency: Diamond Sports) added 10 points respectively for BK Pardubice in the defeat. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
