There was no surprise when 10th ranked Magic (1-5) was defeated on the road by seventh ranked McKinnon C. (5-3) 83-67 on Sunday. The game without a history. McKinnon C. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. McKinnon C. forced 23 Magic turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when McKinnon C. made 9 blocks. Naturalized Croatian forward Ivan Platenik (201-83, college: Alaska-Anch.) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. American forward Dillon Stith (200-92, college: St.Vincent) chipped in 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks. Four McKinnon C. players scored in double figures.
