Semi-Finals Game 2: Moutahed - Homenetmen 97-93

Moutahed overcame Homenetmen to even the semifinal series at 1-1. Strangely Homenetmen outrebounded Al Moutahed 48-36 including a 23-12 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American guard Dewarick Spencer (192-82, college: Arkansas St., agency: Higher Vision Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 30 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. The other American import guard Ramel Curry (191-80, college: CSU Bakersfield) chipped in 26 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. The former international swingman Fadi El-Khatib (198-79) produced 35 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 5 assists (was perfect 16-for-16 from the free throw line !!!) and American-Iraqi point guard Kevin Galloway (200-88, college: Texas Southern) added 17 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
