Semi-Finals Game 2: Scrivia - Ferrara 59-47

Date: May 10, 2017
Scrivia beat Ferrara at home court to force the decisive third game in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Scrivia. Ferrara was better in third quarter 15-7. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Ferrara to just 7 points in first quarter. Finnish forward Krista Gross (183-90, college: N.Carolina, agency: Interperformances) notched a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and center Clara Salvini (180-92) supported her with 8 points and 9 rebounds. Even 14 points by point guard Francesca Santarelli (174-94) did not help to save the game for Ferrara. Point guard Rosa Cupido (173-92) added 9 points for the guests.
