CEZ Nymburk breezed past BK Opava to seal their championship series appearance. CEZ Nymburk dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to BK Opava's 24. They outrebounded BK Opava 42-29 including 32 on the defensive glass. CEZ Nymburk players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by BK Opava's players. CEZ Nymburk's coach Ronen Ginzburg felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Center Vaclav Bujnoch (200-93, college: Des Moines Area CC) came up with 10 points and 5 rebounds and center Jakub Blazek (203-80) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for BK Opava in the defeat.
