Semi-Finals Game 3: Rustavi - Dinamo Tbilisi 86-112

Dinamo Tbilisi rallied past Rustavi on the road to complete the sweep of the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Dinamo Tbilisi. Energy Invest managed to win third quarter 27-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Dinamo Tbilisi dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Energy Invest's 36 and made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was a great shooting night for Dinamo Tbilisi especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 53.3 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was a great evening for the former international Mikheil Berishvili (204-87) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Serbian center Nikola Maravic (212-89, agency: BeoBasket) helped adding 14 points and 11 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Maurice Lewis-Briggs (203-90, college: Slippery Rock, agency: Mansfield and Associates) with 20 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Revaz Chachanidze (183-90) scored 16 points and 4 assists. Five Dinamo Tbilisi and four Energy Invest players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
