Homenetmen outgunned Al Riyadi in the championship series opener. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 18-7. But Al Riyadi won second period 16-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Homenetmen dominated on the defensive end, holding Al Riyadi to just 7 points in first quarter.
