ASVEL upset Monaco on the road to win the series 2-1. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 74-71. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket made 24-of-31 free shots (77.4 percent) during the game. 26 personal fouls committed by Monaco helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
