Grasshoppers overcame Lekdetec.nl to take 3-1 lead in the series. Strangely Lekdetec.nl outrebounded Grasshoppers 42-24 including a 26-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international forward Sharon Beld (186-88) fired 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Ingrid Van-der-Plas (178-91) chipped in 8 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Grasshoppers' coach Rick Driessen used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. International power forward Loyce Bettonvil (185-93) produced 13 points and 7 rebounds and international guard Jacobine Klerx (175-94) added 12 points and 7 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Lekdetec.nl players scored in double figures.
