Finals Game 3: AEK Athens - Aris 71-60

AEK Athens outscored Aris to claim Bronze medals. The hosts trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 71-60. It was a good game for American-Georgian guard Michael Dixon (186-90, college: Memphis, agency: Diamond Sports) who led his team to a victory with 19 points and 6 assists. Nigerian power forward Chinemelu Elonu (206-87, college: Texas A&M) contributed with 13 points and 9 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) for the winners. Guard Spyros Mourtos (198-90) answered with 7 points and 10 rebounds and American power forward Justin Jackson (204-90, college: Cincinnati) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Aris. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
